    "Automation" just requires the robot to move the workpiece from one place to the other place, or engage in some work tasks, such as welding, assembling the workpiece, pouring glue, grinding, and so on.The robot is only one of all the elements of the automated system, such as conveyor belts, jigs, CCD lenses and sensors and mechanical components.


    Printing automation also needs to have a good production plan throughout before and after printing, material process, middle communication link.

    Printing automation requires the two systems to work together. 1.Printing automation2. Robot loading and unloading automation

    During the printing automation, the robot picks up workpieces from the container or conveyor belt to the pad printing machine.It still needs to move the workpiece through a conveyor belt or lift to the robot pick.The printing itself also needs automatic control of the ink viscosity, clamp automatic locking, automatic pad cleaning and suitable automatic pad printing machine.

    So "printing robot automation" is not just about buying some robots.The two automation systems must work together to form printing automation.


    Printing automation requires two automated systems to work together: 

    1. "Printing automation" These printing elements must first be automated-automated printing machine (mostly automated) -ink viscosity control (AVC) -automatic adhesive head cleaning-automatic clamp locking

     2. "Robot loading and unloading automation" brings the workpiece to the position of the robot at  the correct time.

    ----with hand pliers or vacuum suction suction loading or unloading the products.

    ----printed after the workpiece how to send to the next process,by tray or by conveyor belt.
